Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days for both advance payment or COD items.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Local Orders (Pakistan): Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.

Shipping Charges

Local Orders: Flat-rate or free shipping on orders above 10,000PKR.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect from the courier, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional charges may apply).
